We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our Occupational Therapy department.
About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee the management of Occupational Therapy services across all clinical areas and programs, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide strategic leadership and guidance to Occupational Therapy staff, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery;
- To coordinate duties and manage performance to meet organizational objectives;
- To contribute to regional workforce initiatives, education, and research opportunities.
- Australian citizenship or valid working visa;
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field;
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA;
- Proven experience in managing occupational therapy services and staff;
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
