Delivery Service Representative

A delivery service representative plays a vital role in our business, helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle, providing customer service and information about products, and undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
About the Role- Making deliveries to customers across the globe
- Providing exceptional customer service and product information
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Controlling inventory levels and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Ability to use a computer and learn new systems quickly
- Clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
