Senior Building Services Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Adelaide Buildings team, driving innovation and growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building services, proven leadership skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategy and revenue growth plans for the Adelaide business to achieve organisational goals and agreed outcomes.
  • Lead project delivery and team performance, ensuring excellence in resourcing, utilisation, and margin management.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for winning work, growing the Adelaide Buildings team and achieving net revenue and backlog targets, with support from leaders and staff.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary Engineering qualification.
  • 12 years of senior-level experience in building services in the Adelaide market.
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience.
