Senior Building Services Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and growth across diverse sectors in the Adelaide market.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Business Strategy: Grow revenue, expand client base, and achieve organisational goals by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  2. Lead Project Delivery and Team Performance: Ensure excellence in resourcing, utilisation, and margin management by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  3. Mentor and Support Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of excellence and develop junior engineers into skilled professionals.
  4. Responsible for Winning Work: Grow the business and achieve net revenue and backlog targets through effective cross-selling and collaboration with clients.
  5. Cross-Selling and Collaboration: Focus on cross-selling nationally to consistently win new work with clients and enhance market presence.
  6. Champion High-Performance Culture: Focused on talent, productivity, and financial performance by driving quality and timely delivery of projects.
  7. Represent Stantec: Enhance market presence through industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings.
  • Requirements:
  1. Tertiary Engineering Qualification
  2. 12 Years Senior-Level Experience: Building services in the Adelaide market.
  3. Proven Leadership Skills: Build high-performing teams and drive business growth.
  4. Strong Commercial Acumen: Significant project delivery experience and effective communication skills.
  5. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven experience in a design consultancy environment.
