Organisational Change Manager

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing organisational change strategies to uplift business practices across areas such as portfolio, financial and asset management, contract management, and digital enablement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Drive communication and training efforts to support new ways of working
- Manage resistance and support leaders through the change journey
- Monitor implementation and adjust interventions to ensure success
- Report progress, outcomes, and feedback to senior leaders
You will bring:
- Demonstrated success delivering change within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience supporting change in low-maturity or evolving environments
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Desirable: Business or change-related qualifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), and experience in large-scale transformation initiatives
Rate: Circa $120 per hour + super
Location: Brisbane CBD
Contract Length: 6 months
