Change and transformation is a journey for any organization looking to improve its sustainability and environmental performance. As a Transformation Change Manager, you will be responsible for guiding this change from strategy through to implementation.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual with strong knowledge of change management models to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. Your role will involve assisting clients with their sustainability business transformations using your organizational change management skills: impact assessments, change strategies, stakeholder engagement, capability and capacity building, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, recommend, and deliver change strategies aligned with our clients' goals
  • Manage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
  • Identify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies
  • Create and deliver impactful communications through various channels
  • Ensure change management and communication activities are completed on time and within budget
  • Define and measure success metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
  • Strong knowledge of change and communication models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client handling and creative thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients confidently
