We are seeking a highly ambitious Investment Analyst to support our expanding portfolio of strategic investments, with a focus on real estate development and exposure to funds management, infrastructure, hospitality, and private equity-style transactions.

Working alongside our senior leadership team, you will gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle – from modelling and due diligence through to execution and post-deal analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build financial models to assess feasibility and investment returns
  • Support transaction execution, due diligence, and capital structuring
  • Prepare high-quality investment materials and board papers
  • Conduct market research and provide strategic investment insights
About You:
  • 4–6 years' experience in investment banking, property development, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills
  • Exposure to the property sector is essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Property, or similar
  • A clear pathway towards senior roles within a dynamic environment
