Portfolio Management Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of not-for-profit and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a large client portfolio with strategic insight
  • Deliver regular business performance reports, analysis and insights
  • Review financial and compliance work including tax returns and BAS statements
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Identify process improvements and value-add opportunities

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in accounting (CA/CPA) with 6+ years in business services or management accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting frameworks
  • Advanced skills in Xero, Excel and related platforms
  • Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear, actionable advice
