About the Role:The Complaints Resolution Professional provides dedicated support to a committee within the legislative framework, collaborating closely with Members from both the Legislative Council and Assembly.
Reporting directly to the Senior Research Officer, you will handle complex complaints and enquiries from the public with sensitivity and tact, upholding confidentiality on matters of a sensitive nature. Additionally, you will provide high-level research and administrative assistance to meet regular reporting deadlines.
About You:To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in managing challenging complaints. As a strong communicator with resilience under pressure, you will work collaboratively as part of a team.
You will be required to develop knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures, providing accurate advice to stakeholders based on this expertise. Familiarity with the parliamentary environment, its systems, and the political process is highly advantageous.
