About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the Dispute Resolutions Team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of specialists responsible for resolving EDR or external complaints, driving performance, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a customer-centric model that prioritizes timely resolutions, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complaint data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external bodies, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and emerging best practices within the complaints and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) sector.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience within Dispute Resolution and Financial Services.
  • Proven staff leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to draft detailed, logical, and comprehensive findings to external dispute bodies.
