Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer and merchant complaints in a fair and timely manner.

The Role

You'll work closely with the Customer Service team to provide support for escalated complaints and prepare detailed responses to External Dispute Resolution bodies and consumer advocacy groups.

Additionally, you'll analyze complaint data and make recommendations to improve our processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve escalated disputes according to our complaints policy.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints.
  • Prepare detailed responses to External Dispute Resolution bodies and consumer advocacy groups.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • A proven background in Customer Service, Complaints Handling, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to multi-task and work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
