Complaint Resolution Specialist

We seek a skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to support our mission of delivering high-quality customer relations through policy, process, and compliance excellence.

About the Role:
  • Contribute to strategy development by providing policy, process, and compliance support aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date complaint handling frameworks and communication templates in line with industry changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and insights to support continuous improvement, training, and Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and escalate systemic issues to ensure effective dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to stay ahead of industry trends and influence best practices.
  • Coach and mentor peers, supporting onboarding programs and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in general insurance operations, risk management, and claims handling expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and complaint handling standards.
  • Training and development expertise, with strong presentation and communication skills.
