Job Title: People and Culture Business Partner

BDO is seeking an experienced business partner to join our people and culture team.

  • This role will support the audit service line and develop people strategies to achieve business goals across the employee life cycle.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, change management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a business partnering role.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and risk management issues.
