**About the role**

This opportunity has come about as one of our trusted advisors prepares themselves for retirement. As a result, we have a rare opportunity in our People & Performance team for an experienced P&C Business Partner to be part of our award-winning HR team. Not only are these opportunities rare in an organisation of this size, but equally rare on the Sunshine Coast.

P&C Business Partners at Youi are responsible for providing high quality, responsive and timely advice, support and consultancy services to people leaders and team members in a particular business portfolio. They implement and deliver P&C initiatives to enable high performance, productivity, engagement, and build on our dynamic culture.

This is an opportunity for you to be the master of your own success, operating as trusted advisor to a breadth of remarkable people. Your clients are not only willing to work with you, they are appreciative of what you do, and where P&C is seen as an important function that adds value to our organisation.

This role forms part of the wider P&C team that can be described as fun, collaborative, high-functioning and who have a genuine desire to ensure that our client groups are served well.

**About you**
- Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience (insurance or financial services industry would be advantageous)
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices
- Strong business acumen
- Service oriented and committed to delivering practical outcomes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong consulting, influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills
- The ability to manage stakeholder relationships and build trust is critical
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
