We're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team full-time, partnering nationally with our Physiotherapy division. This role has been created due to continued growth across the network.
You'll partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to provide practical, hands-on People & Culture support. The role is focused on day-to-day delivery across performance, leader coaching, and talent management, while also contributing to engagement and workforce development initiatives. This is well suited to an Advisor ready to step into broader responsibility, balancing tactical delivery with the opportunity to grow into more strategic work over time.
Your Key Focus Areas
- Partner with leaders to provide hands-on People support across employee relations, policy advice, and day-to-day People matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle.
- Coach leaders on managing employee relations, driving engagement, and resolving workplace issues.
- Support employee relations processes including investigations, performance plans, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and aligned with compliance requirements.
- Analyse People data to identify trends and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and retention.
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Advisor or Generalist, with the readiness to step into a business partner role.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication and developing influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for partnering with leaders to deliver results.
