Overnight Hotel Team Member Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Overnight Hotel Team Member to join our vibrant hotel team. This dynamic role will involve collaborating across Housekeeping and Kitchen departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of public areas throughout the hotel
  • Preparing, cooking, and delivering meals/snacks overnight to meet guests' requirements
  • Ensuring prompt and efficient attention to guests, providing professional service at all times
  • Providing warm and welcoming service to both internal and external guests
  • Maintaining security policies and procedures in accordance with established protocols

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and effective problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ability to multitask and work efficiently during overnight shifts (11pm-5am), including weekends and public holidays is essential.
