Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis. This position requires a confident, professional and well-organized person to deliver a high level of guest experience to our hotel guests, conference clients and residents alike.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Welcoming guests, guest interaction, handling guest requests.
  • Complete guest check in, check out, input of reservations and complete shift balancing and banking.
  • Experience in RMS is preferred but not essential with full training also provided.
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and completing daily reports;
  • Confidently providing our guests with accurate information regarding the hotel, facilities and local area;
  • Maximize revenues through up-selling and loyalty programs.
  • General hotel reception duties.
  • Food and Beverage experience preferred but not essential - additional shifts available in this department if interested.
