Leadership Development Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to empower Suncorp's leaders through innovative leadership solutions. As a Talent & Leadership Advisor, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that align with Suncorp's talent & leadership strategy.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp's strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
  2. Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and various instructional techniques.
  3. Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate on the development of Suncorp's talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
  5. Support the talent management program of work.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
  • Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations.
