About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Next Gen, a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to the mortgage lending industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing implementation of our Penetration Testing Policy, including ensuring coverage and timeframes.
  • Scheduling and execution of Penetration tests.
  • Developing remediations (techniques and practices).
  • Developing responses to external findings (validating and falsifying).
Requirements
  • Strong experience in information security, with a focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of Burp Suite and a variety of security testing tools, such as Metasploit and Nmap.
  • Strong knowledge of common web application vulnerabilities, such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and CSRF.
  • Ideally one or more Professional certifications, such as Certified Ethical Hacker or Certified Information.
  • Experience with manual testing techniques, including identifying and exploiting race conditions, logic flaws, and other complex vulnerabilities.
