At Arctic Wolf, we're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Incident Response team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients respond to and recover from cyberattacks.

About the Role:

As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating incident response cases, performing triage forensics analysis, and working closely with our clients to restore their systems and networks. You will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients, as well as collaborating with our internal teams to ensure a seamless response to incidents.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about cybersecurity and has a strong background in IT security. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be familiar with various security tools and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate incident response cases
  • Perform triage forensics analysis
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless response to incidents

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on incident response
  • Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
