The** Documentation Specialist - Cybersecurity & Assurance** is responsible for writing and editing various types of cyber security and assurance documents. These documents include reports, policies, procedures, guidelines, incident response plans, post-incident reports, training materials, presentations, awareness campaigns, and standard operating procedures which relate to Cybersecurity and other areas of Governance Risk and Compliance.

The Officer will also review, update, and maintain the existing documentation, as well as document cybersecurity & assurance related incidents & responses.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the governance, risk, and compliance domain, and be familiar with terms and concepts relating to cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
