Essential Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service & Data Entry Representative.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via incoming calls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
  • Perform daily data entry of customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-check work for errors and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Process reworks and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Filing invoiced orders and paperwork in a secure and organized manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service and accurate data entry.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in data entry software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, with free parking on site and a competitive benefits package available.
