Course Advisory Role Overview

As a Course Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through course options and enrolment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to student enquiries via phone or email.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students while fostering effective communication and dialogue.
  • Utilise a consultative approach to encourage student enrolment.
  • Achieve Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by meeting student needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM System.
About You

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about inspiring students to explore career opportunities in their chosen program. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar advisory role or equivalent experience in sales-based positions.
  • Background in student services or telephone-based roles within an education provider or RTO.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage external client relationships.
