**Transition Officer Role Overview**

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide administrative support to various stakeholders in our funding program. Your daily priorities will be:

  • Working efficiently and accurately following established processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Quality checking documents and providing clear guidance to coordinators on errors and discrepancies.
  • SUPPORTING APPROVAL AND EXECUTION PROCESS BY PROVIDING CLEAR RECOMMENDATIONS TO DELEGATES ON DIFFERING FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS.
  • Organising accurate agreement documents and saving files on corporate systems.
  • Receiving and processing signed agreements, Deeds of Variation, Notices of Change, Deeds of Novation and Deeds of Termination.
  • Finalising requests and documents to ensure they are sent to the correct recipient and relevant Funding Arrangement Manager.
  • Maintaining workload databases for internal and external reporting.
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities, including training.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to team achievement of Key Performance Indicators.

As a successful applicant, you will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a government or non-government organisation.
