Rooftop Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented leader to spearhead our high-end bar operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring the bartender team to deliver exceptional service and cocktail craftsmanship, while maintaining and elevating the standards of our premium Rooftop Bar.
This includes managing daily bar operations, developing innovative beverage programs, and overseeing team performance, in collaboration with senior management to drive business growth.

- Curating an innovative, high-quality beverage program that reflects industry trends.
- Managing beverage costs, implementing effective cost control measures, and ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
- Conducting regular training sessions and ensuring all new employees undergo comprehensive induction programs.
- Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborating with senior management to enhance guest experiences, drive revenue, and optimize costs.
