The Planning and Logistics Administrator role is a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic team.
Job Description:Deliver administrative support to the Planning and Logistics team, arrange training courses, VOCs, and medicals for employees, create associated purchase requisitions, provide support and guidance to employees experiencing issues with online inductions and field worker apps, manage employee drug and alcohol testing program, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications and compliance, process leave requests and update employee availability, execute travel bookings in accordance with company policies, process mobilisations via client portals including Enable, Avetta, and CMS, communicate with workers regarding their availability and work allocation preferences.
Requirements:- Experience in recruitment, mobilisation, or site administration is highly regarded, but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate
- Professional level experience in administration and MS Office suite
- Excellent time management skills with flexibility to adapt to moving priorities
- Ability to be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced high intensity environment
- Detail orientated and able to exercise initiative consistently
- Advanced communication skills with a personable phone manner
