Job Description

Our ideal candidate will provide comprehensive HR operational support and services to meet business objectives and employee needs.

  • Respond to staff queries, prepare employee documents, administer WHS and WorkCover, and coordinate employee induction.
  • Assist with staff development and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential.

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant HR/Admin position.
  • Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Work, Health & Safety, and Confidentiality.
  • Hold a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card and be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
  • Current driver's license.
