Strategic Vendor Compliance Professional

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Vendor Compliance Specialist to oversee the end-to-end compliance lifecycle of vendor partners. This role will ensure all supplier relationships adhere to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and track compliance of all active vendors, including Vendor Buying Agreements (VBAs), KYC Letters, and Consignment Agreements.
- Administer and review the annual Vendor Buying Agreement (VBA) process, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining the workflow for efficiency and clarity.
- Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all compliance requirements are met, including RJC certification, SRSP, CTPAT requirements, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and Vendor Compliance Forms (VCFs).
- Act as the central point of contact for vendor exits and structural changes, communicating deactivation or merger plans to impacted departments and managing process adherence, timelines, and documentation for a clean and compliant transition.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance to support Direct Sourcing program objectives, ensuring vendor financial arrangements align with compliance obligations.
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in vendor compliance, supply chain operations, sourcing, procurement, or related roles. Strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management systems is also necessary.
