
Leading PCI Compliance Specialist

This is a senior level full-time position that requires 2-3 years of experience in PCI DSS compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's PCI-DSS compliance program, supporting multiple audit frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001) and working collaboratively within a global team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain full scope PCI-DSS certification and coordinate QSA assessments
- Support evidence collection for PCI-DSS, SOC 1 and SOC 2, and other ISO frameworks
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and manage third-party evaluations
- Document control procedures and coordinate remediation activities
- Generate compliance reporting, maintain audit calendars, and facilitate successful audits
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
- Familiarity with policy management and vendor risk assessment
- Basic IT security knowledge, including network security, access controls, and vulnerability scanning
- Able to conduct independent PCI scope investigations and cardholder data flow analysis
- Able to work cross-functionally with InfoSec, IT, and business teams
- Able to analyze technical artifacts, such as configurations, access reports, and logs
- Professional communication skills with auditors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Self-directed and able to work globally across time zones
- Training and certification opportunities based on performance and business needs
- Internal technical training to build practical framework knowledge
