Job Description:

The Sourcing Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the development and execution of sourcing strategies that align with company goals. This position is responsible for managing vendor relationships, conducting financial analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and service objectives.
  • Conduct financial analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of new sourcing opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze vendor capabilities and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience working with sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
