Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced maintenance professional to oversee and perform maintenance and property support services at various locations.

  • Manage and perform both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Work closely with site managers and area managers to deliver maintenance services with minimal impact on residents and staff
  • Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions and disposals, and ensure maintenance of site vehicles, plant, and machinery
  • Manage and liaise with contractors, tradespersons, suppliers, and volunteers to ensure all work is completed to the required standard
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in a maintenance supervisory position, trade qualifications, and strong knowledge of building maintenance, plant, and equipment.

You should also possess ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, strong organisational and time management skills, patience, empathy, and great communication skills.

A commitment to upholding the company's values and standards is essential.

Sound computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is required.

A police check and working with children check for paid employment purposes are mandatory.
