**Promote and Develop Aquatic Services**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team at the Whitlam Leisure Centre in Liverpool, NSW.

The successful candidate will have a passion for promoting aquatic programs to the community, building, developing and leading a passionate team, and creating an innovative and fun venue obsessed with guest experience.

This is a great opportunity to lead our aquatics team and deliver exceptional customer service while having an in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs and the industry.

The role requires professionalism, equality, teamwork, accountability, and innovation to continually improve service delivery.

The key responsibilities include:

- Implementing and promoting the GOSwim program in line with standards
- Implementing processes for the success of the GOSwim Program
- Adhering to business plan objectives and events calendar
- Achieving set KPIs including financial performance
- Number of schools attending the program
- Retention of schools
- Maintaining NPS and mystery shop scores in line with KPIs adopted by the organization
- Managing budgets and preparing required reports

About You

You will have a passion for swimming and the progression of students. You must have strong communication skills that build rapport and positive relationships with people and a commitment to customer service excellence. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team. You must possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability and be able to run swim classes in the absence of a swim teacher.

About the Qualifications

- National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current AUSTSWIM Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
- AUSTSWIM extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
- Previous Swim School Coordinator Experience
- Strong people leadership with an ability to inspire others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
