We are seeking an experienced Aquatics Program Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of swimming and water safety teaching standards. Key responsibilities include training, observing, and developing aquatic program teams, ensuring they deliver top-notch teaching and instruction while overseeing program quality and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Observing and providing feedback to team members
  • Delivering impactful feedback that identifies skill gaps and unleashing proactive solutions to enhance understanding and capabilities
  • Empowering team members to perform at their absolute best

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes qualification
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or higher
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Accreditation
  • Working with Children Check
  • 5+ years' experience in teaching swimming and water safety
  • 5+ years' demonstrated programming, administration, training implementation, and delivery
  • Broad industry experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of aquatics industry requirements, swimming, child development, and technical training from Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations
