Executive Manager Role

This senior leadership position offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic expertise, guidance and support to drive educational excellence.

The Executive Manager will lead key initiatives to enhance curriculum development, pedagogy, assessment and reporting across our schools. They will collaborate with senior leaders to foster professional development, promote inclusive education practices and ensure alignment with national priorities.

The role oversees project management, compliance and data-driven decision-making to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possession of degree qualifications in education, with post-graduate qualification in education leadership or a relevant field preferred.
  • Possession of current registration as a Teacher with the relevant teaching authority.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of this appointment.
  • A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education.
  • Promote child safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in senior learning and teaching role at an organisational level with responsibilities across schools or similar skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, energise, empower teams and positively influence individuals and the group to commit to a course of action.
