About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our ENGIE Retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment, identification, onboarding, and execution of partner opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow existing partnerships to ensure long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Deliver quality customers through new partnerships, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Improve customer experience across all sales channels, ensuring high-quality sales interactions and compliance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for ongoing evaluation.
  • Responsible for new business generation to meet business needs.
  • Represent ENGIE in negotiating key partnership contracts and promoting products.
About You
  • Proven sales management experience, including strategic partnership management and new partner development.
  • Self-motivated, achievement-oriented, well-disciplined, and task-focused, with a strong sense of timeliness and ability to encourage these characteristics in others.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare a sales strategy and execute successfully.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and via video.
