About the Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is available due to retirement and provides an opportunity to step into a stable position in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and validate employment conditions and manage employee data for new hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, allowances, deductions, superannuation, personal data updates, and employee benefits.
- Conduct weekly, fortnightly, and monthly compliance audit reports to proactively identify and resolve errors.
- Interpret EBA requirements to maintain compliance with multiple Enterprise Agreements.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and inquiries from stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Experience in high-volume payroll operations using SAP.
- Strong understanding of multiple EBAs and their complexities.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues and advise stakeholders on complex matters.
