Job Title: Payroll Operations Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our payroll team as a Payroll Operations Specialist. You will assist in processing payroll for various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Process weekly payroll data
- Analyze award guidelines to ensure compliance
- Conduct general administrative tasks related to payroll
- Respond to payroll inquiries from stakeholders
- Generate reports on payroll performance
- Process invoices for employees
- Calculate and process retrospective adjustments in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly
- At least 2 years' experience in end-to-end payroll within a medium/large environment
- Knowledge of relevant employment and tax legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Superior communication skills and customer focus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Skills
- Prior experience with D-Bit Payroll is advantageous
