Job Title: Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a dynamic role that will see you work closely with clients, developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation programs to support their return to work.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, creating comprehensive reports, and providing expert advice on workplace modifications and employee support.

Our ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. You are passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health outcomes and have a keen interest in the complexities of workplace rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and employer representatives to ensure seamless integration into the workforce
  • Provide expert advice on workplace modifications and employee support strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in workplace rehabilitation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
