Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and maintain the integrity, security, and efficiency of our data center infrastructure.

  • Data Center Operations: Manage and maintain all aspects of the data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and related hardware and software.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
  • Security Measures: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute data center expansion, upgrades, and migrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in IT systems administration with a focus on data center operations.
  • Expertise in server hardware, virtualization technologies, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data center technologies such as SAN/NAS storage, blade servers, and data replication.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
