IT System Administrators play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our data center infrastructure. We seek a highly skilled professional to oversee and maintain all aspects of the data center, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and related hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal system performance through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute data center expansion, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to data center operations and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with system configuration and setup as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with a focus on data center operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware, virtualization technologies, and operating systems.
  • Expertise in network infrastructure design, configuration, and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with data center technologies such as SAN/NAS storage, blade servers, data replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
