We are currently looking for a Cloud Program Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales and profitability objectives for Microsoft CSP and AWS sales initiatives, ensuring optimal returns for both Tech Data and our vendors. While your primary focus will be on revenue generation, this position is centered around sales enablement. You will achieve this through various activities, including marketing initiatives, sales training, sales assistance, technical pre-sales support, vendor contracts, and relationship management. These efforts will target both the extended sales team at Tech Data and our partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Microsoft CSP and AWS sales initiatives based on market trends and service capabilities.
  • Empower the sales team to surpass vendor sales goals and foster profitable customer acquisitions, cross-selling opportunities, and retention strategies.
  • Assist the program leads for Microsoft and AWS in the comprehensive management of vendor sales and enablement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft and AWS funding for services in both pre- and post-sales phases.
  • Align Microsoft and AWS initiatives with their sales strategies to accelerate growth and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft, AWS, and internal marketing, sales, and service teams to generate demand among both existing and prospective customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and results on both short- and mid-term bases.
  • Provide guidance, development, and support to ensure the sales team operates at peak performance for the relevant product category, necessitating a close partnership with the Cloud Sales Manager.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • A preference for a Degree or Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product, or Channel management within the IT sector.
  • Proven experience working with major IT Vendors and their sales representatives.
  • A general understanding of quoting processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in software applications, including the MS Office suite and logical document-based ERP systems.
  • The ability to work independently, develop processes, and manage time effectively.
