About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Governance Coordinator to join our team at Vero Insurance. As a key member of our Cloud Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our cloud-based systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Cloud Governance Enablement Lead with day-to-day administration activities and collaborate with architecture, risk, outsourcing, data governance, and security teams.
  • Maintain SharePoint site, including access management and content development.
  • Manage the Cloud Governance mailbox and calendar.
  • Maintain the Cloud Governance Pipeline register, document, and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including development of presentation material, documenting, and following up on actions and decisions.
  • Assist with the development of project artefacts using the MS Suite of applications.
  • Support business stakeholders with the Cloud Governance Submission process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multi-faceted program of work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive outcomes to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with using MS Suite of applications; ability to design and develop reports, create pivot tables, etc.
  • Understanding of APRA Standard CPS230/231 for Outsourcing.
  • Technical background and/or project management background would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of Cloud benefits.
  • Suncorp experience is desirable but not mandatory.
