Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Program Manager to lead our customers' cloud journey. As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud transformation programs that drive business value and innovation.

About the Role

As a Cloud Transformation Program Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing, program management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cloud transformation programs that drive business value and innovation
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions
  • Provide thought leadership on cloud computing and program management best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects
  • Knowledge of AWS Services and Solutions
  • Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
