The role of a Customer Support Associate is multifaceted, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
The primary responsibilities of this position involve providing timely and professional support to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Assist with order processing, inventory tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and deliveries.

Requirements:
