Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class support to our customers via phone and other communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to customers with questions or concerns related to our product.
- Create and manage customer cases in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our product to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service Experience
- Effective Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving Ability
- Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience is required. Previous experience working in a contact center environment is preferred.
