Job Title:
A Customer Support Professional is needed to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and provide top-notch customer service. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to think critically. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service delivery goals
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
