About the Role

We are seeking skilled Signalling Site Engineers to join our Rail Operations team in Sydney and Perth.

Rail Operations is a specialist business unit within Laing O'Rourke, delivering rail projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare site documents, including method statements and approvals.
  • Attend progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Plan work and resources to ensure timely progress.
  • Track daily progress, productivity, and costs.
  • Prepare QA documentation and review SWMS.
  • Coordinate quality inspections with clients.
  • Promote a positive culture regarding HSE, Environmental Management, Sustainability, People, Community, and Quality.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines.
  • Experience working on signalling projects.
  • Proven experience working on Tier 1 projects.
  • Experience managing direct workforce and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a high-performing team.
