About the Role

Laing O'Rourke Rail Operations is seeking an experienced Signalling Electrician to join our team in NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on various rail projects across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Signalling Electrician to implement signalling works on our rail corridor projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements of signalling Safeworking rules are implemented in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement signalling works on various rail corridor projects across Sydney and surrounding areas
  • Ensure compliance with signalling Safeworking rules
  • Collaborate with high-performance rail teams to achieve project goals
  • Work effectively in a team-based environment
Requirements:
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • Construction industry white card
  • Rail Industry Worker Card (RIW) with licenced Sydney Trains Signal Electrician
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
  • Certificate of Competency on both Sydney Trains and ARTC networks as a signal electrician
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Rail CAT Specific medical & drug and alcohol screening
