**Embedded Data Capability Lead Role**

The Embedded Data Capability Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our data capability within Finance, fostering data-driven decision-making, and cultivating strong relationships with collaborators.

This strategic position involves developing and implementing a data strategy that empowers best practice data pipelines to surface critical insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and coaching a high-performing team of data specialists
  • Owning and elevating data governance and integrity across Finance
  • Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and other artefacts to support business objectives

**Requirements**

Proven leadership experience in data and/or cross-functional teams is essential. Proficiency in SQL, experience with data warehouses, and ETL pipeline development are significant advantages. Commercial acumen and a proven track record of working effectively with finance teams and executives are also critical.
