Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Build and lead a team that fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the enablement of analytics capabilities across Commercial & Personal Injury portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy, leading reporting automation and simplification, and establishing governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance insights.
  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python.
